Meet-n-Greet

Hello! We are the people behind the lens! We recently turned our love and passion for photography into a small business located in the Russellville, AR area. Our passion for photography started as we were high school sweethearts, and it has grown more and more over the years.  As an newly married couple, it has been exciting to start this exciting new adventure together and we hope that as we grow together, so will Shingleur Photography. (As you can see, we love taking "selfies" at our favorite place: the beach!) 

A little about "Us"

Lance: I am a 23 year old and I am full time head photographer at Shingleur Photography I would describe myself as very "artsy." I enjoy playing the piano, singing, drawing, painting, designing, and last but not least photography. I am usually the one behind the camera at our shoots, and I really enjoy doing it! If you know me you could describe me as very crazy and a fun person so one thing that I love about our business adventure is the opportunity to meet so many awesome people. Kathryn and I love having fun and we always try to make every session as fun and as light hearted as possible.

Kathryn: I am a 24 year old and I graduated ATU in 2011! I am a 5th grade teacher at Russellville's Upper Elementary 5th Grade. I have always loved photography and throughout our relationship I have usually been the one in front of the camera. Now, I really enjoy the behind the scenes part of our business, and thus I am usually the one that takes care of that part. Lance has a very creative eye and I am so thankful for that, but I do occasionally enjoy editing THOUSANDS of pictures at a time (haha okay so maybe that was a little sarcastic). The main thing that I really enjoy about our business venture is being able to share the whole thing with Lance. It is most definitely a team effort, and we love it!
