Last Saturday we had the privilege of being in attendance of this GORGEOUS wedding of two of the sweetest people that you will ever meet. Courtney and Tyler have been together for years and are high school sweethearts. Their proposal, their engagements, and her bridals have all been over the top so we expected no less for their wedding day.
Their very light color pallet went so well with their home church and the elegant vintage feel. Cathy's Flowers of Russellville, as well as Courtney and her family did an amazing job with all of the decorations. Corals, pinks, blues and golds floated through the foyer, sanctuary and reception locations.
It's common with most home church weddings for brides to often have a hard time figuring out where to take outdoor photos. Lance and I prefer to shoot outdoors in natural light, so we totally agree with this sentiment. Courtney had a great idea of traveling to another location before the ceremony for the first looks and bridal party pictures and we thought that Mr. Sweeden's Belle Helene Bess House would make a great back drop for what Courtney had in mind. It worked out perfectly! It was a tad warm, but I for one believe it was totally worth the extra effort! :)
Congratulations guys, and thanks for letting us be a part of your special day!
Courtney wanted her dad to have his own first look, and it was so precious!
You can tell he was nervous or excited, or both, haha.
These shots are exactly why it makes me happy to have two cameras going at every wedding!
So sweet! 9 times out of 10 you can't get this reaction from the groom in a room full of people at the ceremony! This one is so worth it!
Who knew the Avengers lived in Russellville?
This shot has become a tradition at our weddings this season. We need to make a whole blog post of all of them sometime, haha.
Happy, Happy Tuesday!
