{Fall Mini-Sessions 2014}

Hello everyone!

I can't believe it's that time of year again! Summer is coming to a close *sob* and we are gearing up for a BUSY fall season! Each Fall we have countless emails pouring in from families wanting pictures for their Christmas cards, or for presents for loved ones for the holidays or just to update their wall picture collages. We feels so bad when we have to turn so many people down, but there are only so many hours in a day. To help with the holiday rush we have decided to try out something new this year!

In the past we have had mini-sessions on one day of the year and we usually only schedule about 6 sessions. This year we've decided to up the game and choose three of our most favorite locations and schedule 7 sessions for each date!

Check out the graphic below for dates and locations, and then keep reading for more info!

What is a Mini-Session you ask? Well, I'll tell you!
A mini-session is a miniature session of only 30 minutes (regular sessions are 45min-hour) at a discounted rate. Mini-sessions are like a 40% discount off of a regular family session, AND not only families can schedule a mini. These are a great option for high school seniors, expecting mommies and even for couples!

Okay, so let's talk about how to reserve a session!

Step 1: Email us at shingleur@gmail.com and let us know what date/location and what time slot you want.
Step 2: Be prepared to mail your total payment of 125.00 to us at 3005 W 2nd Dr Russellville, AR 72801 to reserve your spot. You can also request a PayPal invoice if you would rather pay online. We will hold your spot for 5 days after session request until we receive your payment. Payment is fully refundable up to one week before your session date. If cancellation occurs within one week (7 days) of the scheduled date half of your full payment will be refunded.

I know having to prepay for your mini-session isn't that much fun, but last year we had a lot of problem with people canceling at the last second and we were not able to fill in the spots. Mini-sessions are a lot of fun, but honestly we don't get much profit out of it. We do it just to help out our awesome customers in this busy-busy season!

Once you book you will receive an email one week out with information like directions, tips on what to wear and even more awesome stuff!

We can't wait!!!

Happy, Happy Tuesday and almost Fall Y'all!

Courtney | Tyler {Bethel Worship Center-Russellville, AR Wedding}

Hello everyone!

Last Saturday we had the privilege of being in attendance of this GORGEOUS wedding of two of the sweetest people that you will ever meet. Courtney and Tyler have been together for years and are high school sweethearts. Their proposal, their engagements, and her bridals have all been over the top so we expected no less for their wedding day.

Their very light color pallet went so well with their home church and the elegant vintage feel. Cathy's Flowers of Russellville, as well as Courtney and her family did an amazing job with all of the decorations. Corals, pinks, blues and golds floated through the foyer, sanctuary and reception locations.

It's common with most home church weddings for brides to often have a hard time figuring out where to take outdoor photos. Lance and I prefer to shoot outdoors in natural light, so we totally agree with this sentiment. Courtney had a great idea of traveling to another location before the ceremony for the first looks and bridal party pictures and we thought that Mr. Sweeden's Belle Helene Bess House would make a great back drop for what Courtney had in mind. It worked out perfectly! It was a tad warm, but I for one believe it was totally worth the extra effort! :)

Congratulations guys, and thanks for letting us be a part of your special day!

Courtney wanted her dad to have his own first look, and it was so precious!

You can tell he was nervous or excited, or both, haha.

 These shots are exactly why it makes me happy to have two cameras going at every wedding!

So sweet! 9 times out of 10 you can't get this reaction from the groom in a room full of people at the ceremony! This one is so worth it!

Who knew the Avengers lived in Russellville?

This shot has become a tradition at our weddings this season. We need to make a whole blog post of all of them sometime, haha.

Happy, Happy Tuesday!
